TRIUM Global Executive MBA Program

One of the most amazing options available for getting your MBA is the Trium EMBA.

A Day in the Life of the Executive MBA Program

This is a joint degree option from the London School of Economics, New York University and HEC School of Management in Paris.

The Trium Emba is a 16 month executive MBA program that includes ten weeks on site learning, split up between NYU, LSE, HEC, India and China and totalling 500 hours of classroom time.

The rest of the course work is done through distance learning. It is set up in a number of modules. The first module in September involves instruction on the Global Context of Business through the London School of Economics. Then in January there is a module through NYU on Global Strategies in Finance.

The third module takes place in April in China and is about Operations Management, Entrepreneurship, and Corporate Governance.

After that comes the fourth module at HEC in July in Paris, which includes lessons on Marketing, Strategy Implementation and Control.

The fifth module is in October in India, and teaches lessons on Competing and Thriving in the 21st Century. The sixth and final module is in January at NYU on the Challenges of Leadership.

In order to qualify for entrance into the Trium Emba you need to have at least 10 years experience, speak fluent English, and if you have less than 15 years of professional experience you also need to take the GMAT exam.

You also need to complete the application and a personal interview as part of the application process.

Although the Trium Emba has got to be one of the more expensive options for an executive MBA, the opportunities that you are given make it worth the cost if you can manage it.

The cost of the program is currently $122,750, including tuition and many of the expenses involved, such as lodging in China and India, books and other materials, and the cost of some of the group meals that are involved in the program.

Some of the advantages of this program include the possibility of using the facilities at all three universities, as well as being included in the alumni networks for all three universities after graduation. These are valuable resources that not many people have available to them.
