The IIMA Executive MBA's requirements for admissions are a good academic record, good GMAT scores, around seven years work experience, be 27 or older, and a reason why they are choosing IIMA to earn their one-year Executive MBA. At the end of completion of the program, you will receive a Post Graduate Diploma in Management. This degree is equivalent to many other one-year programs offered in other schools around the world, like at Pepperdine University, which offer a graduate degree in master's in business administration.
